Break down of fear in my last trade

I'm currently rereading "Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas and I've been trying to better understand my own thoughts and feeling entering and exiting a trade. I recently entered a trade in PPD and and set my stop loss. I entered the trade feeling fine. Stock was pulling back on lower volume and I felt it was ready for a breakout.
